I started the research Cato stuffing recipe and felt that most people use a typical flavor, but they add them to the cauliflower. Wait what I’m sorry, but I had to find a way to make a Cato friendly stuffing recipe without cauliflower. I think I’m so cute I want the real thing on this special holiday. I just do not want to taste. I need texture I want my compensation!
I decided to play with some recipes made in the past. I decided to take a low carb lemon pound cake Keto friendly recipe and turned it into a delicious bread rather than sweet bread. I love the texture of love, love, lemon pound cake, and I just had a feeling that I can add some extra ingredients and make this recipe a tasty and delicious basis. It worked !!!

Cato filled recipe made with savory Keto bread ingredients
2.5 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup carry gold butter (split between bread recipe and stuffing sauce)
8 oz cream cheese
8 whole eggs (set at room temperature)
1 teaspoon everyday masala
1 small spoon rishi masala
3 TBS parsley masala
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
Sausage crumbles (about 1 cup)
Celery (about 1 cup)
1 medium onion
16 oz of Turkish bone broth (or stock)

In a medium-sized bowl, place 1/2 cup butter and 8 oz of cream cheese to a smooth consistency.
Add 1 spoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon sage, and 2 TBS parsley seasons in the mixture and whip it until it is fully combined.
Add eggs and continue mixing until the batter becomes smooth.
Finally, add flour, and baking powder. The batsman will be a bit thicker.
Grease 3 mini bread pan and fill each pan with this panari batter in 1/2 ways. (If you do not have a mini, you can also use two regular bread pan)
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. The bread should be golden brown on top and pass the toothpick test (paste the toothpick in the center of the dough and should clean it)
Remove the bread from the bread pan and start cutting them in the bread slices, and then cut the slices of bread in cubes to make croutons.
After cutting all the bread in cubes. Spread them on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 10 minutes until they become golden brown and slightly crisp.
While the bread is baking, you can start making stuffing sauce.
Prepare your veggies by measuring onions and celery.
Cook sausage (or use precise sausage crumbles).
In a medium-sized frying pan, start melting the second 1/2 cup butter and saute veggies in butter. Add the remaining 1 TBS parsley with salt and pepper to taste.
After 16 minutes of veggies sauteed for about 5 minutes, add 16 ounces of Turkey bone broth to this mixture.
Once the croutons are finished baking, keep the hot croutons in the liquid sauce mixture so that the croutons will absorb all the liquid mixture. Make sure the stovetop is closed and keep a lid on the top of the filling to trap the steam inside. This will help to absorb fluid into croutons and fill the soft bread keto!

My whole family was very impressed with this Cato stuffing recipe. We are planning to make it for Thanksgiving! Although this recipe makes a lot! It can serve up to 12 people! Perfect for holidays and survivors. If you do not want to make that much stuff, then I would suggest making a complete recipe for bread (because it is amazing!) And make half of the recipe for the filling part.

Keto Stuffing Recipe Made with Savory Keto Bread
