Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken will quickly become a family favorite! Filling broccoli inside a chicken breast works great! Now wrap it in bacon for a surprisingly low carb dinner!
It’s back in school season and I’m here, NOPE
We have always homesteaded our children, so I am not one of those moms who is awakened by a good rush on a bus and then come to free all day in the lounge. (It may not be what you do, but this is what I do if I was in your shoes.)
Instead, I am the mother who has to squeeze school work in the middle of work. Ahh. happy times. 😉
Do not get me wrong, we love homeschooling, but man. In a few days, I really want that one will just take my children up to a few hours. You feel me I am public, you do
Anyways, it is busy all over here, this is the reason that I tell about a simple dinner that fills the tummy and keeps people smiling. There is nothing worse than complaining about the kids about dinner.
This broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken is a hit every time. I took my broccoli casserole and filling it for chicken breasts in order to make things work slightly changed. Seriously good and oh very cute.
How to Make Broccoli Stuffed Chicken:
First of all, grab your perforated chicken breasts and cut a deep pocket in each breast.
I’m not a chicken butterfly, but you will come closer. To do this, place it on the top of the chicken in hand so that it can be placed in place and use a knife to slice the chicken almost half piece. Do not cut all the way.
Watch the video at the top of this post to see it in action!
After this, mix your spices and season chicken.
To fill your fill, you would like to mix cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, and mayo together until you are well combined.
Stir in some finely chopped broccoli.
Chee’s mixture spoon in the pocket made in each chicken breast.
Now for the good part – grab some bacon and cut each piece in half. Wrap two half slices of bacon around each chicken breast.
Bacon makes everything better, is not it?
It will bake in about 30 minutes.
Fully cooked, juicy, flavored chicken in no time!
What to do with bacon wrapped chicken breasts:
Cucumber Salad: Light, refreshing, and so easy!
Fried radish: Would you believe they like a lot like fried potatoes?
Cato Coleslaw: This is my mother’s famous recipe and we make it every week!
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon: My favorite way of eating Brussels Sprouts!
